Return, Exchange and Refund policy
The item should not be damaged
The item needs to be returned in its original packaging or no exchange or refund will be done
If you receive an item that has a defect or we send out an incorrect item or size we will immediately arrange the exchange or refund at our cost.
But this needs to be reported to Beedybags within 7 days of receipt of your package.
Refunds are only processed once we receive the return
If you would like to exchange or return an item for any other reason apart from a defect or an incorrect item received it is the customers responsibility to pay for the courier. R100 to send Beedybags your return and R100 for Beedybags to resend your order.
Customers are advised to double your cart before making payment
Cancellation Policy
A customer can cancel an order as long as the order has not been shipped at no extra cost. If we are not able to cancel your order as they have already been shipped please return them to us for a full refund. You will however be liable for the shipping cost.
Shipping Policy
International shipping:
Unfortunately we don’t offer International shipping. You are welcome to arrange for your own collection
How Long Does shipping take?
Once you have placed your order we will immediately process your order and you can expect delivery in 3-4 Working Days. A tracking number will be sent to you.
How Can I Track My Package?
Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email. When your order is packed you will receive an email with a link to track your order. Please allow a few hours before tracking as the courier company will only update your order that evening. Thereafter you can track your order. The courier company will also send an OTP number to your mobile phone before delivering. The driver will require the OTP number so that the package is handed over to the correct person. If you are unavailable to collect your order just let the person whose collecting on your behalf know the OTP number. OTPs are sent via email and sms
Please note that it is your responsibility to track your parcel once you receive a tracking number. We will not be able to assist in tracking.
